With eight years of residential mortgage experience, Thomas works closely with our loan officers, borrowers, lenders, underwriters, title companies and other parties throughout the loan process. His role includes coordinating documentation, managing processing requirements, tracking important deadlines and helping resolve issues that arise along the way.

Thomas also oversees many of the systems and operational processes behind Platinum Lending Solutions. Drawing on his background in mortgage lending, human resources and insurance, he has helped develop an organized, technology-supported workflow designed to make the mortgage process more efficient, secure and easier for our clients to navigate.

His focus is simple: keep the details organized, communication moving and every loan progressing toward a smooth, on-time closing.
